I did have some issues with metasploit failing to authenticate to Postgres when launching manually from Kali shell (postgres sevice was running, no database.yml & MSF_DATABASE_CONFIG env variable it seems) and it failed to load a bunch of key modules (metsvc, meterpreter/reverse_tcp, etc.) but I'm not sure this is related to the kernel issue at all. I have not tested any of the HID or bad USB stuff described above. ![]() I downloaded the kernel ZIP linked above in this thread, installed it from TWRP Manager without first rolling back to stock (directly from Nethunter with incorrect kernel) and after the reboot the kernel was updated and seems to be working. The others said Loading service status and nothing happened when toggling the switch in the GUI.Īs described above, checked Settings -> About Tablet and found I still had the Google Kernel. ![]() I noticed that the Service Launcher only showed a status for SSH. Installed NetHunter using the all in one Windows installer. I just wanted to add that I also experienced this issue of the Kali kernel not installing correctly. Thanks a lot binky for provide that kernel I really appreciate if anybody can help me with this last issue im been reading the issue #32 but the problem is no the same, expect that this problem with the kernel have a fix in future releases The attack doesn't start from the app i have to start manually from the android console, the rndis0 interface go up wit ip 10.0.0.1 but in the target machine just appear like unknown USB device and the gateway doesn't change in target im trying in Windows 8 and 7 PC and the result are the same This is the better way that i found, the service control app doesn't work but i can start with no problem the service manually from the console, the hid attack works (the reverse_https payload show me an error but i don't think that have something to see whit the otter just comment), the wifite appears to work fine, the Bcmon app works good to, but i still have trouble with the bad USB attack, The Kali service control show me the real state of the service and i can start or stop service from here, the PostgreSQL and the Apache and mestasploit service works good, but the hid attack and the bad USB attack doesn't work it all also the wifite shows an error like IW no foundįlash stock room + flash kernel + install nethunter I flashed the kernel and made some test the result was like thisįlash stock rom + install nethunter + flash kernel: Warning: DocumentRoot does not existĪpache2: apr_sockaddr_info_get() failed for kaliĪpache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerNameīut when i chek the status of the service: Apache2 is NOT running.Īlso i upgrade the chroot but falis when try to start the postgresql with metasploit, i try to modified the bootkali and set the ram to 512 mb but I had no luck with thatĪlso i try to find an older image of nethunter 1.1 but i cant find it UTC FATAL: could not create shared memory segment: Function not implementedįailed system call was shmget(key=5432001, size=39460864, 03600). ![]() I don't know if i doing something wrong or is a bug because the other tutorials for the nexus 7 have been for 1.0 and 1.1 versions of net hunterįor the service of postgresql the opuput is I tried to install many times the net hunter image on my Nexus 7 Wifi 2012 with the windows installer and flashing the image manually everything seems to be ok but when i go to the service control the states of the service aren't loaded and also i cant start any services from here, if i go to the console i just can start the ssh service, but i cant start apache and postgresql also i try the BadUSB attack and with the GUI nothings happen but if i execute from console the usb interfaces go up but in the computer nothing happen
